Steep the black tea in hot milk for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix and sugar.

Add the steeped tea mixture, egg, and melted butter to the bowl.

Stir until just combined.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
