Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.
-
In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
-
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined.
-
Divide the batter in half. Stir the melted semi-sweet chocolate into one half of the batter. Stir the melted white chocolate into the other half.
-
Pour the chocolate batter over the crust in the pan. Spoon the white chocolate batter on top and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
-
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
-
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
-
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, before serving.
-
Serve chilled and enjoy!
