In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and green food coloring until smooth and well combined.

Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top of the cheesecake.

Sprinkle chocolate cookie crumbs evenly over the top.
