  2. In a large bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, mashed bananas, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
