Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until smooth.

Mix in the flour and salt until well combined.

Press the mixture into an even layer in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until firm and golden.

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

Pour the lemon mixture over the baked crust.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until set.

Allow to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
