  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough portion into a 1/8-inch thick circle.
  5. Spread the raspberry jam over each circle, leaving a small border. Sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon.
  6. Cut each circle into 8 wedges and roll up each wedge, starting from the wider end.
