  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream. Spread the white chocolate mixture evenly over the baked crust. Arrange the frozen raspberries on top of the white chocolate mixture. Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour to set. Before serving, dust the tart with powdered sugar and drizzle with vanilla extract. Slice and serve chilled.
