  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk, beer, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Transfer the macaroni mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese on top.
