Add the pancake mix, melted butter, milk, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the bowl with the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
