  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  2. Chop the prunes into small pieces and add them to the mashed bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and brown sugar until well combined. Add the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mashed bananas and prunes.
  7. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
