Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chopped nuts.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, all-purpose flour, and cold unsalted butter. Mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle the streusel topping evenly over the batter.

Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
