Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add the brown sugar, melted butter, molasses, and egg to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let the gingerbread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely before serving.
