Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Gently fold in the granola and chopped walnuts.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
