  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in the blueberries.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg and then mix in the honey, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  8. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
