Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the grated apples and zucchini, and mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
