  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the walnuts, almonds, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Brush a baking dish with melted butter.
  4. Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  5. Spread half of the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.
  6. Layer another 6 sheets of phyllo dough on top, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  7. Spread the remaining nut mixture over the phyllo dough.
  8. Layer the remaining 6 sheets of phyllo dough on top, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  9. Using a sharp knife, cut the baklava into diamond or square shapes.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. While the baklava is baking, combine the honey, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  12. Reduce the heat and let the honey mixture simmer for 10 minutes.
  13. Remove the baklava from the oven and immediately pour the hot honey mixture over it.
  14. Let the baklava cool and rest for at least 2 hours before serving.
  15. Serve and enjoy!
