  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
