  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut off the top of each apple and remove the core, leaving about 1/2 inch at the bottom.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and brown sugar.
  4. Stuff each apple with the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
  5. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on top of each apple.
  6. Sprinkle raisins and chopped walnuts over the apples.
  7. Drizzle honey and vanilla extract over the apples.
  8. Place the stuffed apples in a baking dish and pour water into the dish.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the apples are tender.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
