Baked Egg and Spinach

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet. Cook until spinach wilts.

Transfer the spinach mixture to a baking dish. Pour the whisked eggs over the top.

Crumble feta cheese over the eggs.
