Cut the bread into cubes and place them in the prepared baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Bailey's Irish Cream, milk, eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.

Pour the mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all the bread is soaked.

Sprinkle the raisins evenly over the top.
