  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and instant coffee granules.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter, Bailey's Irish Cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the muffins to a wire rack to cool completely.
