  4. Add eggs, melted butter, warm milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  6. In one part, mix in cocoa powder and cinnamon until well combined.
  7. On a floured surface, roll out the plain dough into a rectangle.
  8. Spread the chocolate-cinnamon dough evenly over the plain dough.
  9. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the dough.
  10. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side, forming a log.
  11. Place the dough log into a greased loaf pan.
  12. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise for about 1 hour, until doubled in size.
  13. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  14. Bake the babka for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  15. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  16. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  17. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
