In a bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, soften the vanilla ice cream by stirring it until smooth. Spread the softened ice cream evenly over the crust.

In three separate bowls, mix each liqueur with 1/4 cup of whipped cream.

Layer the liqueur mixtures over the vanilla ice cream, starting with the coffee liqueur, then the orange liqueur, and finally the Irish cream liqueur.

Cover the pie dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
