In a bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice.

In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, minced onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Combine the mashed avocados with the yogurt mixture.

Toast the pecans in a dry skillet until fragrant, then roughly chop them.

Gently fold in toasted pecans into the avocado mixture.

Spoon the mixture into individual molds, cups, or ramekins.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve on a bed of leafy greens with cherry tomatoes as garnish.
