  6. Fold in the chopped apricots, choc chips, and chia seeds.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow the mookies to cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
