Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.

In a large bowl, mix together the sliced apples, hazelnuts, dried sour cherries, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust.

Roll out the remaining pie crust and cover the apple mixture.

Seal the edges of the pie crust and make a few slits on the top crust for ventilation.

Beat the egg and brush it over the top crust.

Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
