Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
-
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
-
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour until just combined.
-
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Spread the apple pie filling evenly over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the apple pie filling.
-
Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the apple pie filling. Smooth the top with a spatula.
-
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
-
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
-
Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
-
Serve chilled with whipped cream and caramel sauce on top.
