Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Peel and slice the apples.

In a bowl, mix the sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.

On a baking sheet, brush a sheet of phyllo dough with melted butter.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the phyllo dough.

Place another sheet of phyllo dough on top and brush with melted butter.

Repeat this process with the remaining phyllo dough.

Spoon the apple mixture onto the layered phyllo dough.

Roll the phyllo dough into a strudel shape, tucking in the sides.

Brush the top of the strudel with melted butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
