Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the sugar. Cook until the sugar has dissolved and caramelized.

Pour the caramel sauce into the tart crust.

Peel and slice the apples, then arrange them on top of the caramel.
