  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar. Add the egg and milk, and mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apple and blueberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
