Angela’s Garlic Bread
Garlic bread is believed to have originated in Italy and became popular in the United States in the 1940s.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, softened butter, parsley, and salt.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top.

Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
