  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow the angel pillows to cool on a wire rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
