Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a madeleine pan.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat together the melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, amaretto liqueur, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the madeleines are golden brown around the edges.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, amaretto liqueur, and scraped vanilla bean seeds to make the glaze.
