  1. Cut tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry tofu until golden brown.
  3. Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
  5. Add tofu back to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
