Alouette stuffed mushrooms
The term ‘Alouette’ refers to a popular French children’s song about a lark. These stuffed mushrooms are named after it because they resemble little bird nests.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove stems from mushrooms and set the caps aside.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.

Fill mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture.

Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.

Melt butter and drizzle over the mushrooms.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden and bubbly.
