Boil the potatoes and mash them.

In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, and salt.

Knead the whole wheat flour with water to make a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into circles.

Place a portion of the potato mixture in the center of each circle.

Fold the edges of the circle to cover the filling and seal it.

Roll out the stuffed dough balls into parathas.

Heat a pan and cook the parathas with ghee until golden brown on both sides.
