  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Then add the milk, vegetable oil, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped pecans.
