  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the pineapple juice. Fold in the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cupcakes.
