  2. Place the saucepan on low heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil. Stir continuously for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the canned mandarin oranges and set them aside.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture into serving glasses or molds, filling them halfway.
  6. Add a few mandarin orange segments to each glass or mold.
  7. Pour the remaining gelatin mixture over the oranges.
  8. Refrigerate the glasses or molds for at least 2 hours or until the gelatin is set.
  9. Once set, garnish with almonds and drizzle honey over the top.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
