In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm water and olive oil to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions.

Roll out each portion into a thin crust.
