In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes, finely chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, and cumin powder. Mix well.

Add whole wheat flour gradually and knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a small circle.

Place a portion of the potato stuffing in the center of the circle and fold the edges to seal it.

Roll out the stuffed dough into a paratha.

Heat a tawa or griddle, brush it with oil, and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown.
