  5. Beat the eggs and add them to the potato mixture. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the potato mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
