Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and sweetened dried cranberries over the condensed milk. Press down gently.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the baking dish.

Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
