In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and granulated sugar. Cut in the unsalted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, vanilla extract, and salt. Gradually add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, mixing until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a dome. Place the domes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the domes in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix the confectioners' sugar and water to make a glaze. Divide the glaze into 3 portions and add different food coloring to each portion.

Once the domes have cooled, drizzle the colored glazes over them and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.

Let the glaze set for 10 minutes before serving.
