Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

Stir in condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Crush the digestive biscuits into small pieces and fold them into the chocolate mixture.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.

Smooth the top with a spatula and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the chilled bars.

Sprinkle with sprinkles.

Return to the refrigerator for another 30 minutes.
