In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Add chicken breast to the marinade and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat a grill or a saute pan over medium heat.

Cook the marinated chicken breast for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the grill or pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.

Warm the pita bread in a toaster or on a grill for a few seconds.

Spread the Greek yogurt sauce on the inside of each pita bread.

Fill each pita with lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and sliced chicken.

Serve the Uncle Sams Pitas immediately.
