Super moist banana bread
Banana bread became popular during the Great Depression when resourceful housewives started using overripe bananas instead of throwing them away.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 85 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and plain yogurt, and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts, if desired.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
