Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions.

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables by halving the cherry tomatoes, chopping the cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion, and slicing the kalamata olives.

In a separate bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together lemon juice, olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain and rinse it under cold water to cool it down.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, prepared vegetables, and dressing.

Toss everything together until well coated.
