Molten Chocolate Cake
Molten chocolate cake, also known as chocolate lava cake, was invented by French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten in New York City in the 1980s.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease four ramekins.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together.

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined.

Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring constantly.

Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, then add the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the greased ramekins.

Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let the cakes rest for 5 minutes.

Carefully invert each ramekin onto a serving plate.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.
