Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed mushrooms are believed to have originated in the United States in the early 20th century and have since become a popular appetizer around the world.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
